Wu Style Tai Chi is a very old traditional style of Tai Chi dating back to the early 1800’s, it is a very popular take on the ancient Chinese martial art that promotes mindful and meditative awareness of ones physical and mental body. Wu Style is easily accessible to all ages and levels of fitness which is why it is one of the most popular forms of Tai Chi.

When visiting New Zealand, he had the honour of meeting Shi Mei Lin in Wellington, where he enjoyed a traditional and formal Chinese tea ceremony, he was made to feel incredibly welcome in her company and had a thoroughly enjoyable time.
