Through an announcement at Edward Dunn Memorial Hall (Maltby Council Offices) that they were starting a 12 week Tai Chi course.
Heard that Tai Chi was a relaxing way of exercising.
Had seen it done by friends so had some idea of what to expect.
Has met with all my expectations and more.
Found ways of using my body in a more relaxed way which helps me to get full benefit from Tai Chi.
